The driver downloads the application or goes to the mobile version of our website.

The application shows the driver the route to the parking lot, and then to a specific spot. The driver enters the parking lot without contacting the parking machines, and our system, working without GPS, shows the directions to the driver's spot.

Product Features
FindMyParking application integrates into a system of sensors installed in indoor parking lots that detect available parking space. The system communicates with the parking lot entrance to show drivers available parking in real-time. The app also features an indoor navigation system that does not require GPS access.

How to create an account?Download the Find My Parking application from the App Store or Google Play and create an account. To do this, enter your email address and cell phone number. To reserve a parking space, you also need to configure at least one method of payment.

Can I book a parking lot with Find My Parking in my city?You can book a parking space with Find My Parking in almost any major city in Canada. Our parking network is constantly evolving and we will be available in the U.S. in the near future.

How to find a parking space?Open the application, enter a destination, and select the nearest parking spot. Make sure that the location is correct, and click "reserve parking". After that, the application will build a route to the selected parking lot.

Can I use Find My Parking without a smartphone?Yes, you can book a parking space at findmyparking.ca. You need to log in to your Find My Parking account. *Navigation features will be only available for mobile phone users.

How to book a parking space in advance?To reserve a parking space in advance, log in to the application, find the most convenient parking place, choose the expected time, pay and arrive at the ordered time. A specific parking space will be reserved for you.
